In the first quarter of 2024, we can already see which breeds are the most popular; Forbes, Tug-E-Nuff, Waggel and many others announce that the labrador retriever is the firm favourite.

It’s no surprise to many that the Labrador Retriever comes out on top; long a favourite breed in the UK and regularly featuring in the top 10 of popular breeds year on year.  In fact, the latest figures from The Kennel Club show that over 44000 labrador retrievers were registered in 2023.
