Rosie the Border Collie is strikingly good looking. She has in impressive appearance with her blue merle markings and attention grabbing blue eyes. Her facial colouring is perfectly split in two, black on one side and white on the other; her appearance is really quite remarkable.
True to her breed’s heritage, she is affectionate with her family, yet fiercely independent. Although she is a friend of everyone she meets, she is also wilful with a strong mind. She’s playful with other dogs and outgoing in nature.
Originally bred to gather and herd sheep in the hilly border country between England and Scotland, the Border Collie is renowned for their intense stare, referred to as the “eye”, with which they master their flock of sheep. This is a breed that has unlimited stamina and is the ultimate intelligent herding dog. Because of their uncanny ability to know what you’re going to ask of them before you utter the words, and because of their workaholic attitude, the breed is famed the world over as a true working dog.

Border Collie, Rosie, is an eye catching, young dog with a wonderful temperament and a steady, calm manner. She’s polite, is keen to learn and follows instruction easily. Rosie is an incredibly capable girl and working hard in her training, increasing her skills list all the time. Such confidence and ability lends itself well to a working set environment.
Rosie is a sociable dog, happy to be in a busy environment among film crews, actors, models and extras. She’s dog and people friendly, safe and happy to be around children, which gives her the ability to work with younger cast members.
Rosie is a dog that is at her best working outdoors in her natural environment. She has strong recall, an impeccable stay command and is reliable off lead so working out on location is a cinch with this beautiful collie.
