Domestic Short Hair, Frost, is a sparkling white cat that has overcome a difficult start to flourish in a wonderfully behaved moggy.
At one day old, Frost was found dumped outside a vet’s surgery in Spain with his brother, Jack hyperlink, The brothers were rescued by the surgery, hand reared and nursed back to health. In Spain, Frost was aptly named ‘Blanco. He was soon shipped to England for housing in a foster home until he was permanently adopted at 5 months old, along with his brother, whom he has fully bonded with.
The wild child of the litter mates, Frost is adventurous and playful. He has brought much joy to his human mum and thrives in a busy household that includes dogs, birds, other cats and even a snake!
Frost is in training to be a therapy cat and has a very loving nature that is well suited to the cat acting world.
This stunning white cat is particularly suited to acting as he is able to take instruction from actors as well as his handler. Due to his background and hand-rearing, Frost is comfortable in the presence of strangers.
His experience with travel, the show circuit and living in a multi-animal household has made Frost a very confident cat that loves to show off in busy environments. His experienced handler coupled with his love of people make him a joy to work with on set.
Due to his silky smooth and sleek appearance Frost will particularly suit roles that are centred around fashion and style. He has an air of elegance and luxury about him and so will work well in filming roles among a fancy or salubrious setting.
White cats have also traditionally been used as the evil character’s side kick in many films, cartoons and media productions and Frost would definitely adapt well to that role with his piercing blue eyes.
Frost can work with well behaved dogs, children over the age of 5 and other cats (providing appropriate vaccinations are in place).
This tom cat has sharp, sleek lines and a pointed form. His elegant white coat is tipped with cream stripes upon his face. This unique fur colouring is perfect for photo shoots where contrasting shades are required and facial features are the focus.
Frost is a very beautiful domestic short hair (or moggy as they’re affectionately known). For this reason, although he has the look of a catwalk model (pun intended), he will also work well for branded photoshoots that carry more of a ‘traditional pet’ focus, such as cat food brands and pet products.
Photoshoots centred around home, lifestyle and family themes will be appropriate for this moggy as he works particularly well with humans and just loves attention.
He is used to travelling and enjoys getting out and about on public transport as well as in the car so can travel safely and easily to sets and is happy working on location.
Frost has worked on film sets, on location and even in an outdoor environment. He is yet to have photography studio experience, however, he is a strong show cat and shows with both TICA and the GCCF. These two arenas prove that Frost is calm and confident in busy, noisy places and used to being handled and viewed by many people. For those familiar with the cat show world, the arenas are a fabulous place to assess a cat’s capabilities for studio work and Frost does not disappoint. He handles beautifully and is quite at home in a busy environment.
This handsome boy makes a real impact with his striking coat and big blue eyes. Frost is the perfect kitty addition to your next TV, film or media project.
